The 2025 Annual Meeting and Standards Review Conference of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Machinery Safety was held in Ningbo.

On November 25, 2025, the 2025 Annual Conference and Standard Review Meeting of the National Technical Committee for Mechanical Safety Standardization (SAC/TC 208) was held in Ningbo. Hosted by the Standardization Research Institute of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, undertaken by Ningbo Weicheng Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Radio News Center of Ningbo Radio and Television Group, the meeting brought together experts in the national mechanical safety field, leaders of relevant departments, and enterprise representatives to summarize the annual work and plan for future development. Leaders, including Li Qin, Chairman of the Technical Committee, Yin Minghan, Former Deputy Director of the Standardization Administration of China, Tan Xiangning, Chief Engineer of the China Machinery Industry Federation, and Li Guanding, Vice Mayor of Ningbo Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting commended advanced units and individuals in the field of mechanical safety standardization, among which 12 enterprises were awarded the title of "2025 Advanced Units in Mechanical Safety Standardization". In the afternoon of the same day, experts conducted a review of four national standards, including Detachable Platform Ladders, at the headquarters of Ningbo Weicheng Technology Co., Ltd. The review aimed to ensure the scientificity, practicality, and foresight of the standards and promote their effective implementation. Hosted by the Standardization Research Institute of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, undertaken by Ningbo Weicheng Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Radio News Center of Ningbo Radio and Television Group, this annual conference gathered experts in the mechanical safety field from all over the country, leaders of relevant government departments and enterprise representatives in Ningbo to summarize the 2025 work and map out a new development blueprint for the cause of mechanical safety standardization.

Leaders including Li Qin, Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Mechanical Safety Standardization and President of China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association, Yin Minghan, Former Deputy Director and First-Class Inspector of the Standardization Administration of China, Tan Xiangning, Chief Engineer of China Machinery Industry Federation, and Li Guanding, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Ningbo Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. More than 100 participants, including Sun Yahe, Deputy Director of the Standardization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, and other heads of local competent departments, as well as members, observers, and enterprise representatives of the Technical Committee, took part in the meeting.
