Free standing portable ladder access system provides easy access to elevated platforms like atop a jet. With the wheels it's easy to push over to the work area. The system includes stabilizing jacks which can be easily lowered/raised by hand. At the bottom of the ladder system includes winch to slowly adjust the platform to conform to the application. The advantages of this design allow a user to position the system without fear of clipping the structure. Once the system is in place, the platform can be lowered to conform to the structure being accessed.
