(1) Put down the ladder before you work. The angle between the ladder and the ground should be 60°and the top of the ladder should be close to the building.

(2) When using a ladder on a smooth and hard floor, the foot of the ladder should be covered with a rubber shoe or padded on the floor with non-slip objects (such as rubber cloth and gunny bags).

(3) Ladders should be placed on a fixed base. Do not put up on unstable buildings or hang from scaffolding.

(4) Pay attention to the stability of the body when working on the ladder. Two or more people can’t stand on the ladder at the same time to work.

(5) Do not carry heavy objects up or down a ladder. Tools, materials, etc. should be kept in tool bags and should not be tossed up or down.

(6) Use ladder appropriate to avoid mechanical rotating parts and lifting, traffic arteries and other dangerous places.

(7) The ladder should have enough length, the top two levels should not stand people to work and the ladder should not be long or cushion the use of height.
